Office Manager/RDH

 

Dawn is our office manager as well as a Board Certified Registered Dental Hygienist. She began working for Dr. Mascolo as a dental assistant/receptionist and then became the office manager.  She has been at our practice for over 20 years. She graduated from SUNY Farmingdale. Dawn is also in CPR/AED Certified in Basic Life Support and additionally Certified in Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide Analgesia from SUNY Stony Brook.  Dawn loves working in the dental field and interacting with patients. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Registered Dental Hygienists

 

Susan is a Board Certified Registered Dental Hygienist. She graduated from SUNY Farmingdale and is additionally Certified in both Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide Analgesia from SUNY Stony Brook. She is CPR/AED in Basic Life Support.  Susan started her career as a dental assistant and has been practicing hygiene for over 19 years.  She enjoys going to the beach and visiting her family and friends in Croatia.



Lisa is a Board Certified Registered Dental Hygienist who has been practicing more than 28 years. She graduated from SUNY Farmingdale with a degree in Dental Hygiene. Lisa is CPR/AED Certified in Basic Life Support. Lisa and her husband Chris have two sons. She loves spending time with her boys and watching them play sports.


  Nicole is a Board Certified Registered Dental Hygienist.  She graduated from Briarcliffe College with a Dental Hygiene Degree and is additionally certified in Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide Analgesia.  She is CPR/AED certified in Basic Life Support.  Nicole has been working for Dr. Mascolo since 2005.  Nicole enjoys spending time with her wife Lauren and her adorable dog Copper.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 



Dental Assistants


Marta has been an experienced Dental Assistant for over 6 years.  Marta graduated from Farmingdale State College and has been working for Dr. Mascolo since 2013.  She loves being part of the team and is always willing to help out.  She also enjoys meeting new patients.  Outside of work, Marta enjoys spending time outside in nature.  She loves long walks, hiking and fishing with her husband.  During the summer Marta visits her family in Poland.  

Julie has over 11 years of dental experience as a Dental Assistant and Receptionist. She is also CPR/AED certified in basic life support.  In her spare time Julie likes to spend time with her husband and daughter.

 Lauren is a Dental Assistant. She has recently moved to New York from Ireland. She is studying to become a certified Dental Assistant and hopes to become a hygienist in the future! In her spare time she enjoys hanging out with friends, exploring the island and going to the city!

Front Desk Staff

Justine is our Insurance Coordinator. Justine has been working at Dr. Mascolo's office for over 10 years. She loves working with such a wonderful group of people. Prior to dentistry, Justine received her Bachelor Degree in Psychology from Dowling College. She is also CPR/AED certified in basic life support. Justine loves spending time with her husband Ryan, her son Collin and their dog Zoey. She also enjoys shopping and vacationing at the beach.
